Dispatch

Track and update loads already in motion: look up a load, check its ETA, log check calls and notes, attach documents, and mark it arrived.

Loads

post-loads-list retrieves a paginated list of loads available to the calling customer. get-loads-id retrieves a specific load by its identifier, along with selected custom property values (currently LoadType).

ETA

get-loads-loadid-eta returns the estimated time of arrival for an enroute load, computed from the active leg's truck position through the remaining unserved stops using the customer's configured mileage provider. It always returns 200 -- when no usable position exists yet, the ETA fields are null and a status field explains why.

Arriving a load

post-loads-id-arrive records that the driver reached the final destination. When the matching fields are supplied, this flips the load's status to Arrived, marks the targeted leg Finished, and logs an At Destination check call automatically.

Check calls

post-loads-loadid-check-calls adds a new check call (tracking event) to a load. get-loads-loadid-check-calls-latest retrieves the most recent one -- useful for a quick status check without pulling the full history.

Notes and documents

post-loads-loadid-notes adds a note to a load. post-loads-loadid-documents uploads a document and attaches it to a load -- post-loads-options-document-types-list retrieves the paginated list of accepted document types to use when uploading.

[PLACEHOLDER — needs real content from someone with product knowledge of this API: the exact request bodies and field-level requirements for each operation above (e.g. what "the matching fields" for arriving a load actually are, accepted document MIME types/size limits), and whether any of these actions trigger outbound notifications to the driver, customer, or a third-party system.
